Because the product is a printed potato, this entire business rises or falls on its customer service. In our case, the service was extremely poor. The checkout system took us directly from PayPal to an “order completed” screen with no chance to enter recipient’s name or address. Order was placed on a Friday and it took many days to get a response on this emergency problem. The potato had selected ship date of Tuesday and did not go out (with embarrassingly wrong recipient name) until well into the following week, and was not received for well over 1-1/2 weeks total. What was supposed to be a delightful, amusing gift, landed with an incredible THUD. Customer service is nearly impossible to reach, with no phone and no regular email, and poor response time on the website’s contact form. No apologies offered, but we sure are on their email list multiple times a week!! Cannot recommend.
