No face was on it, arrived 10 days late, box was crushed and wet somehow. Overall a waste of money

I ordered my product with what they said was 3-5 day estimated delivery. I ordered my product with 7 days before delivery to make sure it to in time. It did not get in time and ruined a funny white elephant present I had planned. I filled out a message to contact customer service and still have not heard back. The main reason I'm writing this comment is because I just got an email saying to review us you received your order 14 days ago. I only got it 2 days ago. Still waiting to hear back from customer service. At least if they contacted me back saying sorry I would accept that... But still waiting.

Item was delivered extremely late, 10 days after it was expected. Attempted to contact customer service to cancel order when it was taking so long, no response from them, no resolution or offer to help. Nothing. Will not do business with them again, unfortunately.

Please please please read all the reviews before you spend your hard earned money on this. I came across this and thought it would be a funny Christmas gift so I bought a potato parcel with all the add ons. When I received the package it was missing everything I paid for. They charge 10 DOLLARS to wrap it which I paid for and guess what…they never wrapped it. Also I paid for fast shipping and when the package arrived I found that they had shipped it with ups ground saver which as you know it’s ups no rush no importance shipping! So my package did not arrive on time. What a waste of money. They never included any of the candy and the writing looked like it was drawn by a child! To top it off they have NO RETURN OR REFUNDS. They have NO NUMBER TO CALL, better yet don’t email them because they will never email you back and you’ll be out 50 DOLLARS like me.
