Potato Parcel

Quick to bill your credit card bit not too quick to process your order and get it shipped out. I received a tracking number and the item didn't get to a mailing facility for several more days. The item did not arrive in time for a birthday. Then you get the emails asking you to video the recipient; pretty darn near impossible with the way the item ships. Cute idea, but over-priced and not worth the anxiety. Read the other reviews before you make a purchase.

I have contacted the help desk it got reshipped to the correct adress then it got rerouted telling me it was out for delivery saying it was delivered a state or two over stateing that it was sent back again and when i contacted for help once more it has gone with out anything beside this review protmpt so im going to put it some where hopeing to contact some one a secound time

The order showed up fine but I was concerned there would be an issue since the receipt for my order didn’t include my message I entered on it. I emailed customer service immediately to confirm my order went through correctly and followed up for a total of 3 attempts throughout the next week or so. No one answered me and now you are asking for a review.

My best friend absolutely LOVED it!

Unable to get a refund after the product had not been shipped on requested shipping date. The shipment arrived a week later.
