Ship a few days ahead of what you're calculating if it really matters - mine was shipped on the 11th when I requested shipping date of the 7th and was late. But the recipient thought it was funny and enjoyed it.

I bought this as gift for my Dad and he LOVED it! I checked out using my PayPal account which meant it was going to ship to me. I did not input his shipping address, as he lives in a different state . Luckily, I did not have it set to ship out for two weeks, and their customer service resolved my issue very quickly and shipped it to him!
