Potato Birthday Bundle

Despite ordering well in advance of the date needed and scheduling plenty of time for delivery, the parcel arrived 4 days after it was supposed to. The potato was damaged and mushy when it arrived and was leaking in the package. Photos online show that if you add a picture to your potato, it’s cut out to only be the face, however it was a squared-off photo attached to the potato. I also added a card, but the birthday message wasn’t included in it. It was blank and the message was written on a separate piece of paper at the bottom of the box covered in potato juice. What’s the point of adding the card then?! Overall, very misleading and disappointing.

2 orders were delivered several days late and I never received responses after reaching out to their support email multiple times.
Potatoes themselves were delivered in good condition.

Sadly, I should have received the 1-start reviews before purchasing because I have to agree. Did not have the pop up cake and happy birthday chain as pictured in the birthday bundle. $48 for a potato with a picture printed small and glued on, 3 deflated balloons and 3 party blowers. It looks like a kindergartner cut out the phot and used a glue stick to slap it on the bottom 1/4 of the potato. Never again.

I put in my sister’s address as the recipient, but the potato parcel was delivered to me. I tried e-mailing, but my response appears to be an auto reply that eas computer generated. I’m very disappointed. I had to nail the potato parcel to my sister on my own, which cost me nearly $21 more, AND she will receive it well past her birthday.

Received the potato kinda rotten and later than what was said.
