Potato Birthday Bundle

I've been a customer in the past with this company. I placed an order on 5/30 for a friend for their birthday that was in a week. I realized I put down the wrong date for it to ship and sent a email the following day seeing if there was any way to change the shipping date. With that date being a weekend I knew I probably wouldn't get a reply until that Mon (June 1) I never got a reply. I emailed them 2x for a follow up and they finally replied back close to a week and a half later. By the time customer service sent a reply it was out for delivery that day and missed the date for her birthday. In the past when I needed customer service they've replied back either that same day or a day later.

The potato arrived in fairly good quality, but it arrived about a week late. Definitely more expensive than would be worth a potato and a little streamer. If I do something like this again I will be putting my own text on a potato and mailing it for a much cheaper price and a more reliable delivery time.

I have sent two Potato Parcels. The first was great, but the second was terrible.p I would rate it at zero stars if I could. It was over a week late (and only send because I emailed customer service multiple times), and instead of the picture being printed on the potato, it was printed on a piece of paper and glued on. I wish I could upload a picture so you could see how bad it looked. Customer service did not respond to multiple messages. It was definitely not as advertised, extremely disappointing, and certainly not worth the cost.

Ordered the birthday package / Add-on and did not get the add-on.. There was no indication that the card would be just in the package and need to be looked at etc.. There was a balloon as seen in the photo but it was inside of the gift-wrapped package, so it did no good.

Happy with the Potato, not happy with the additional items.

This is Now my Second Potato Purchased as a Gift. Both Parents Loved Them!!!! Best Gift Ever!!! The Birthday Potato has a Few Extra Great Additions.
