Potato Birthday Bundle

I ordered a birthday bundle for my stepson's 14th birthday. I also added on the sweet tooth chocolate box and birthday card with message. The message for the birthday card wasn’t on or in the birthday card pkg. It was on a separate small paper within the wrapped box, so the card was blank and wrapped in plastic. Really tacky. Had I known that, I wouldn't have paid for the card and got my own, for far cheaper and something he could keep. The sweet tooth chocolate box was a joke. 5 small tootsie rolls and 1 hi chew. That's not a sweet tooth chocolate box! And for the cost, you all should be embarrassed.

I liked the idea of the potato, and it was done well. But honestly, the other items were so poorly represented, it just ruined it.

I ordered quickly and remember looking up my sister’s address for the shipping, but somehow the potato parcel was delivered to me instead. It was a big mess and ended up costing another $15 in shipping. May try again to see what went wrong.

I purchased this for a birthday gift and when submitting the order, the delivery date was within enough time to arrive in time. Once everything went through, the delivery ended up being 12 days past the birthday. Customer service wasn't great either. Sad that it wasn't a great experience for such a fun idea.

Sent as a gift to my mom and when she opened it the item was incorrect the message was to a god daughter . Yes she received someone else’s order . I have asked for a full refund but have not been contacted. Customer service sucks. Quality control sucks. How does this happened ? I am wondering who got my potato.
