Valentine's Day Potato Bundle

My husband loved this gift! It was a picture of us on our Honeymoon in Napa with some candy and a cute pop up card. We laughed about the potato with my funny note to him on the back of it.

I ordered a bundle that should have included the potato, a card, a box of candy, and a teddy bear. I paid extra to have a message printed on the card.

It showed up with no teddy bear, no messaged printed on the card, and the box of candy was smashed. I emailed customer service 4 days ago and still haven't received a response. I did just get an email asking me to rate my product. So here you go. I'd say it's the most disappointing purchase I've ever made.

I ordered the Valentines bundle which was supposed to have Assorted Candies like gummy bears and sour patch kids. The ordering was difficult on the app and it said that was what I selected but it showed the heart shape box Candies. I tried numerous times to update and verify that the right option was sent. So I had no idea what would be received. Unfortunately it was not the bundle I selected. My college kid got 4 small chocolates in a heart box. The potato was cute and the message was well done. It was all a bit underwhelming. You had to pay an extra 5 bucks to have the card signed.
Overall a cute idea but not well executed. Also took over a week to arrive.

College kids don’t want lovey-dovey hearts and rainbows for Valentines Day so this was a perfect care package. He got a small box (like 4-5 pieces) of Valentines chocolates, a cute pop-up card with bear in it, and the potato with his picture on it! We told him to make an unboxing video and he laughed so hard! He said it was definitely going to be dinner that night!

First, it's funny how they said I received my order 11 days ago when it fact it came one week late. I purposely wanted it to come earlier than the day I intended it for some wiggle room on a day or two late. Not a week.
I paid for a message to be written on a card, did not get that but they did refund me that amount. The potato was funny but I am thinking due to the weather it was frozen and it thawed slightly thus a bit soggy and gross to handle.

It's a fun idea but in the end, not worth what I paid for with the extras I included. I was disappointed.
