Custom Face Cupcake Toppers

Order took 4 weeks to arrive, AFTER my kid's first birthday party. I contacted customer service several times and had one response back saying it would be shipped 'soon'. I told them to cancel my order two times and still was billed for it. Just received the package in the mail two weeks after the party. My one-year-old could cut out the shape of his face better than they did. Waste of money- I WANT A REFUND and would like the hour of my life back that I had to create my own cupcake toppers, cut them out and glue them on a stick.

My order arrived too late! Enough said. This order, while cute, took over 21days! Way pass the date given.
