Classy Potato Gift Bundle

The order was never sent out. I reached out 4 times within a month and finally got a response saying I could get a refund or they'd resend the order. To this day neither had happened and I hadn't heard anything more until a few minutes ago when I was asked to provide a review as its been 60 days

I have contacted customer service twice now still with no response. I held off writing this review, hoping that you would respond and make things right with my order. The candy that was supposed to be included in my order was a box of old melted and inedible chocolates. I am still waiting for a response and hoping that you will still make this right.

I’d love to give you a glowing review but it was a very frustrating transaction. First it took several emails to get any kind of response from you about the delivery, then I finally got a tracking # but couldn’t track anything for several days because it said usps hasn’t received the package yet.
For whatever reason you think it was delivered 8 days ago but it was only delivered 2 days ago.
I really loved this idea but it wasn’t worth the time and money spent.

Currently pending a charge back actually. I picked the accurate shipping date and the item sat for 5 days after label created waiting to go to USPS. When I knew this item wouldn't arrive on time and still not shipped as promised, I emailed to cancel.. guess what?!?! No reply at all. The parcel was then delivered to the billing address, not shipping address. The potato did not say what I ordered it to. The ink was smudged. The candy was nothing at advertised. It was Tootsie Rolls and a small box of Dots. This company is crap. Service is crap. Items are crap.

Thank you it was the perfect St. Patrick’s Day gift and she loved it. It sits in the middle of the dining room table for the dinner tonight.
