Non-responsive company

I set up a package to be delivered to someone else’s house. When I paid with ApplePay, it defaulted to my address. I immediately reached out to them to tell them I needed to cancel the order and that I would place a new order with the correct ship to. I sent 4 emails to this company at the address the website and order confirmation said to contact and not once did I receive a reply.

Opened conveniently at bottom of the box, didn’t work.

You could hear the spring inside the tube and once opened the glitter was too heavy for it to make a surprise opening.

The packaging said it was going to be discrete, the packaging said "best gift ever". So my boss was skeptical from the get go. Then, the way the package was taped, didn't allow the eruption of glitter. When the tape was lifted from one end, the glitter barely popped out. Ruining the whole experience. Won't buy again.
