Complete Waste Of Money !!! Don’t Fall for it !!!

Got this for my sister’s birthday and it was a huge hit! I sent it anonymously cause why not! The email updates from my potato were hilarious as it let me know every step of the process up to delivery. I got a call from my sister just laughing her butt off asking me if I sent her a potato with her face on it. We laughed so hard and she said it was the funniest best gift ever. It was packaged great and the potato came out perfect. I will 1000% send more of these in the future!

I ordered this as a birthday present for my brother, upgraded to the full birthday package, and they totally missed his birthday. The birthday upgrade was disappointing. I ordered it in plenty of time, so it would not be late. They let me pick the date, and they confirmed over and over that it would be there on Friday. But when I arrived that night, and asked about his gift he got.... there was nothing. Suddenly the deliver was updated to the following Wednesday. Thanks for nothing Potato Parcel. Very disappointing.

I placed the order,it was shipped and delivered as I expected. A cool birthday gift

I ordered a birthday potato from the site. The site itself isn't the most user-friendly, specifically the date to ship option. I feel like changing that to a "ideal arrival time" or something like that would be smoother.

I also uploaded a picture to be put on my potato, but during the order process the picture must have been cleared, so it was not included on my gift. Because I wanted a picture, I did not include a message. After about a week of waiting for a shipment notification, I emailed to find out why they hadn't sent my package by my requested time. Because there was no message or image, they hadn't sent the order out yet. I would think that if there was a delay due to a message/image that someone would have reached out to me, and not vice versa.

With this current model and website, I don't recommend this product.
