Potato parcel great…birthday kit okay

Just send the potato. The kit was disappointing.

Was not delivered until weeks after it was supposed to arrive. Customer service was not very helpful. Kept asking me for order number and email address when I added all of that information (numerous places) in each email.
When it did arrive, it sure did not look like what was pictured on the site.

The actual gift was great! I always like to send something different to my kids out of state.

The only part of this that was not great was that it was late. On the order it asked when I wanted it shipped and it didn't actually get shipped for 3 days after the requested day. So it was then 3 days late for the birthday.
