I bought this as gift for my Dad and he LOVED it! I checked out using my PayPal account which meant it was going to ship to me. I did not input his shipping address, as he lives in a different state . Luckily, I did not have it set to ship out for two weeks, and their customer service resolved my issue very quickly and shipped it to him!

Potato sent had the wrong message. Like, not even close. Contacted customer service with pictures of ordered message and delivered potato. No response. Did a review on the website. Said it was "pending admin approval." Super shady that you only post reviews you that have been "reviewed." Waste of money
