NEW SUPER SPARKLE BIG GLITTER BOMB

tracking said someone picked up the parcel from the post office even tho I had a specific street address listed. She never received the package. I would appreciate a refund

I bought the glitter bomb for my brother for his birthday. It came in a really nice box, but not the one that was advertised. When my brother opened it, he flipped it so that the side with the tape was on top. Then peeled the tape off and then he just pulled the spring up out of the box.
Not a good product. You guys need to to better and give me my money back.

I set up a package to be delivered to someone else’s house. When I paid with ApplePay, it defaulted to my address. I immediately reached out to them to tell them I needed to cancel the order and that I would place a new order with the correct ship to. I sent 4 emails to this company at the address the website and order confirmation said to contact and not once did I receive a reply.
