It was fun

The message I had requested was almost perfect, however, 1 word was missing a crucial letter. I contacted customer support & was notified I’d get a response within 24 hrs, it was more like 36. They did offer to reship or give partial refund. I have asked for a reship as it is a gift & have not heard back from them to confirm the reship as I do need this asap so I can give as a present

Great idea but….

I got this as a gift for my nephew.
To be fair, the company did everything correctly; the order was correct, it was sent out on time….the issue was with USPS.
The package got held up at a USPS facility for over a week. When the potato was delivered, it was putrid and rotten. It was a bust.
Again- the company did everything correctly. I would say spend extra on shipping to avoid having this happen to your gift.

It’s OK

Ordered three with the candy included. Potatoes were about what I expected, candy was a joke.
Overall, probably won’t buy again since I could do this myself.
