Potato Birthday Bundle

I ordered quickly and remember looking up my sister’s address for the shipping, but somehow the potato parcel was delivered to me instead. It was a big mess and ended up costing another $15 in shipping. May try again to see what went wrong.

I purchased this for a birthday gift and when submitting the order, the delivery date was within enough time to arrive in time. Once everything went through, the delivery ended up being 12 days past the birthday. Customer service wasn't great either. Sad that it wasn't a great experience for such a fun idea.

Sent as a gift to my mom and when she opened it the item was incorrect the message was to a god daughter . Yes she received someone else’s order . I have asked for a full refund but have not been contacted. Customer service sucks. Quality control sucks. How does this happened ? I am wondering who got my potato.

I paid for express shipping, which is offered and advertised. However, the item arrived days late. I paid extra for an image on the potato, and it looks like it was printed on regular printer paper and glued on. It’s wrinkled and not well done. The concept is great, and it was still appreciated and enjoyed, but paying that much for
It was not worth it. Refunding only the slight difference between shipping costs was ridiculous, they should’ve refunded the entire cost. Also, 24/7 customer support is also a lie, because when you go to send an email (the only way to contact) it says they answer 7-2 PST. So, misleading. Overall disappointed. I could’ve done the same thing myself for a fraction of the cost and will not order or recommend again. Was really excited at the concept, but it wasn’t worth the money.

My potato parcel was delivered on time and my sister loved it! It turned out exactly like I wanted it to!
