Potato Pal

I'd thought about ordering one of these for years - thought it would make a good gag gift - but hesitated because of the price. Finally made the plunge for Mother's Day and was disappointed with the product. The face image on the potato did not appear as it does on the website; it was simply a printed image of the photo I uploaded, cut out and glued to the potato. It was essentially a small sticker. The images on the website make it seem like the image will be superimposed over the length and width of the potato - not in the slightest. The message on the other side of the potato *did* appear as it does on the website, only that the last letter of each line was squished and unreadable. This wouldn't have been such a big deal, but one of those last letters abbreviated my daughter's name. Don't trust what you see advertised on Instagram - lesson learned!

The picture that was placed on my potato was too small ! Was not happy about it at all ! It actually measured 2.5" long x 1" wide. Definitely not what the pictures on your website look like 😡 You practically have to squint to see who the children are, no joke. Lost a customer here for sure and will not refer a friend

It was the perfect gift to reveal myself to my secret pal at work! Message and photo were spot on!

I figured the face on potato would be like actually carved into the potato or something but it was just a like a printed picture I could have even made it myself at home :( Also the print on back of potato started to rub off so wasn’t too happy with product but I will say my sister in law had a birthday to remember getting a potato!

Paid for the photo on the potato, didn’t get the photo on the potato. Very disappointed.

Will the potato support ever respond? Only time will tell.
