Did not arrive on time

I paid for expedited shipping to arrive between the 16th and 17th, and it was delivered on the 19th. Missed my brother's actual birthday.

Excellent company

What a great way to show a friend you care. Not only do you get to show off your extremely funny sense of humor, you are buying a spud from a very responsive company. I apparently was a little mashed and my internet froze just in time for me to cram all the buttons and send the potato to myself. I contacted potato parcel and they immediately fixed my mistake. I swear I wasn’t baked. Enough with the bad puns. Buy a potato and show your friends you care.

Not what I paid for

The saying I paid for was not what was sent. I was not made aware of any changes before they were made and I would not have bought if I knew I wasn't going to get what I requested.

Worth every penny!

I used Potato Parcel for the first time on my boss. He ABSOLUTELY loved it! I was satisfied to say the least! It was definitely a very original gift. Thank you for handling with such care!! I contacted customer service to make sure they got my message on the potato correct and they got back to me promptly and professionally. Thank you!!

Delayed but cute

Shipping was delayed which ruined having a birthday gift delivered in time for the potato party. It was cute but I won’t be paying $37 for a potato again.
