Turned out to be a good product, but arrived five days after when it was scheduled to arrive Which made for a very disappointing birthday gift as it came a week after their birthday doubt I will purchase again

As soon as I placed my order, I realized I'd forgotten to put the correct delivery address. I wrote to customer service immediately with the correct address and got no response--but the FAQ says all you have to do is send the address, so I hoped that would be enough. It wasn't. I reached out again after it shipped, and again got no response. So it arrived at my place, and I opened it. The image on the potato is just a cutout from a low-quality color printer. It wasn't even glued on fully. I did finally hear from CS and got a refund, but I'd much rather they'd just fixed the address to begin with.
I placed an order to ship to my brother, paid for with Paypal, when the summary came up it turned out my brother's address was replaced with mine!! no way to edit or cancel the order except by email. I sent many emails to support with not even a single response. I'll NEVER deal with this company ever again. I'm out more than $20 to send a potato to myself. You've been warned!
I ordered this for my sister for her birthday. I ordered the birthday bundle and the chocolate add on. She didn’t receive any of the chocolate/candy items. I messaged the company and I have yet to hear back from anyone. I’m pretty upset at this point because nothing has been done and no one has reached out.

Wanted something unique to surprise a long distance friend with for her birthday and Potato Parcel came in clutch. Paid a little bit extra to get it there sooner since I found this site about 5 days before her birthday. But I was able to monitor shipping and got confirmation it arrived so I could tell her to check her mailbox. She loved it and sent me a photo of her potato. One letter didn't print clearly but overall the whole message fit. I think this is a great unexpected gift to send someone when you want to do something unique aside from flowers or snacks.
This turned out to be the best gift to bring cheer and laughter to a friend after surgery. He absolutely loved it! The picture and written message came out perfect, and the shipping was right on time
it looked nothing like the example. they just printed out the pic with the background and all. still in a rectangle. i would have edited the pic myself before i ordered but they straight up say they will format it. the only star is bc its still a potato so the recipient can eat or plant it.
The potato looked nasty & the wording looked janky. Way too expensive for this.
For the person who has everything, or just to make someone smile. The potato was possibly the best birthday gift. Great packaging, it looks great and is just plain fun.
I wasn’t very happy with the potato. It was a lot smaller than I expected the size to be. Also the wording on the back was smeared and hard to read. The picture on the front was fine. But the recipient (birthday boy) could barely read my message. I was disappointed to say the least.
He thought it was weird. There was two birthday cards with it but both cards were blank.
My friend found the gift hilarious and her dog was equally excited about the balloon. Great gift all around!
My friend who received the gift absolutely loved it. It was the perfect gift for someone who needs nothing. As for the shipping address, I did not give the shipping address for the gift recipient. I emailed customer service who remedied that for me same day, however, there should be prompts to enter a shipping address other than the address of the sender.
Ordered a tater for my brother-in-law .. the card didnt produce the glitter & no music played, BUT, they refunded the cost of the card REALLY quick! This was my third order & i plan on using them again .. glitches happen
This is a sad sticker on a potato. I thought that the picture was printed directly on the potato and that would have been funny, but a sticker that crinkled messed up the face. Also the potato was cold, so when warmed to room temp the condensation pushed the sticker off. Lame, even for a gag gift, and waste of money.
This is our 3rd time ordering for our sons. They loved it in the past! Unfortunately, my photo didn't upload and I didn’t realize it and wasn’t notified. So for my son’s birthday, he only received a potato with a birthday wish. Not that exciting for a 7 year old. I wish it would have been caught before it was shipped.
It shipped late then delayed by USPS. So the gift I ordered 4 months BEFORE her birthday arrived a week AFTER her birthday. And she wasn't nearly as amused as I had hoped. I won't be ordering another.
I did not get the custom gift cards I requested and the wraps weren't different or indicated so I had to open one to see who get what. Needs better QA.
delayed shipping by nearly a week and blamed it on USPS. Support ignored request to overnight when it became clear they’d miss their deadline. Then just ignored request to refund the expedited shipping fee after the product came late. If you buy do it an extra week in advance and should get there. Otherwise, it was fine enough, it’s a potato.
This seemed to be the perfect quirky gift for my friend for his birthday. Ordering on the website was difficult. I had to put my friend’s address in as the delivery address 3 times. It was delivered to my house. 2 days late. So I had to go and ship it to him myself. Customer service basically told me oh well. Will not use again.
